Returns – All customers are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty or not as described. Should any part of the bike prove defective we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us via email with any claims. This does not cover any off-road / abuse of the bike (our bikes are only intended for light commuting / road riding) or normal wear & tear or accident damage. Please read the instruction manual that comes with the bike & familiarise yourself with all riding information before using the bike.

Mail order customers – you are entitled to a 7-day cooling off period. If you wish to return the bike within this time it must be returned in an unused condition with all original packaging. You also need to contact us before sending it back. The cost will be refunded within 30 days.

All bikes are sent via UPS in the UK for free – we will contact you to let you know the bike has been sent (it usually takes one day for most of the UK, two for more remote areas). You must be there to sign for it when it arrives. UPS may not leave a card. If the bike has not been signed for after three attempts then it will be returned to us. You will then need to pay again for delivery plus a 20% admin charge.
If the box has been significantly damaged in transit then you should open the box as quick as you can & check over the contents. If there is damage to the bike then you should refuse it and & write ‘goods damaged’ on the delivery note.

UPS will try to deliver 3 times to the address on your Paypal payment. If you don't answer then it will be sent back to us & you will need to repay the delivery charge if you'd like us to resend.
 

We cannot accept liabilities or any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the information supplied through our website. Occasionally we may have to supply a bike with a slightly different spec to that listed. We will contact you before we do this.
